Safilo launches live chat for its B2B platform You&Safilo

In line with its customer-centric strategy, Safilo has implemented a new live chat feature on its business-to-business digital platform aiming to provide opticians with an easy, quick and efficient communication tool. The Live Chat has been introduced in May in the Italian market and will be rolled out shortly in the other European countries where the B2B platform is active.

Safilo presents the new graphic design of its corporate website, completely redesigned and built with the aim of improving the interaction with all its stakeholders – clients, investors, consumers, new talents, suppliers and local communities – and, at the same time, spotlighting the values most dear to the Company: craftsmanship, innovation in technology and materials, product excellence, respect for the environment and sustainability.

SAFILO GROUP PRESENTS THE EYEWEAR TRENDS FOR 2025 AT MIDO

Safilo Group will be attending MIDO, the largest international event dedicated to eyewear, taking place at Fiera Milano in Rho-Pero from 8th to 10th February 2025. With a surface area of over 800 square metres, the Safilo booth is designed to create well-defined and functional areas, including the Brands space featuring the new collections, the lounge, and the work area to accommodate customer meetings and business requirements. The booth, which aims to celebrate Safilo’s important business goals achieved in 2024 and to lay the basis for the new achievements in 2025 onwards, will feature high technological content and will showcase the latest developments of Safilo’s portfolio, which includes more than 30 brands, with dedicated brand stories, for both its Home Brands and Licensed brands. Safilo’s Home Brands are strategically crucial to the Group’s development goals. The principal ones are Carrera, Smith, Polaroid, and Blenders Eyewear.

POLAROID EYEWEAR ANNOUNCED HIS PARTNERSHIP WITH ATP TOUR AS EYEWEAR GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP AND LORENZO MUSETTI AS A GLOBAL AMBASSADOR

The partnership will see the brand activate at the Mutua Madrid Open, the Internazionali BNL d’Italia, and the Swedish Open, unlocking exclusive experiences for fans. Benefits include prominent brand visibility, dedicated activation space in Fan Zones and a notable presence at kids’ activities on-site. ATP Chair Umpires will also style Polaroid eyewear on court. In addition, Polaroid will reach the global tennis community through year-round exposure on ATP Tour’s social and digital channels. Lorenzo Musetti – currently ranked in the Top 20 of the PIF ATP Rankings and Olympic Bronze Medalist – will become the Ambassador of the partnership and the face of the 2025 Polaroid Eyewear global campaign.

SAFILO GROUP PRESENTS THE EYEWEAR TRENDS FOR 2024 AT MIDO

Safilo Group will be attending MIDO, the largest international event dedicated to eyewear, taking place at Fiera Milano in Rho-Pero from 3rd to 5th February 2024. With a surface area of over 800 square metres, the stand has been renovated with an open façade architecture that allows visitors to see inside as they approach, starting with the Home brands Carrera and Polaroid that will constitute a clear and immediate focal point. The Safilo booth will feature high technological content, showcasing the latest developments of its portfolio of more than 30 brands with dedicated brand stories, for both its Home Brands and Licensed brands.
