Organization, Management and Control Model
A model establishing policies and measures to guarantee that activities are carried out in compliance with the law and to eliminate risk situation, appointing a Supervisory Committee responsible for supervising compliance with the provisions, and the functioning of the Model.
Whistleblowing
A whistleblowing process with the aim of providing a means for employees, customers, suppliers and business partners to communicate concerns of possible violations of the Worldwide Business Conduct Manual or the law.
